Postage Information

We offer a couple of different postage options depending how soon you need your items.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST time will be sent the same day and orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next business day.

Regular Post Untracked - Free

  • 2 to 6 business days (see chart below for postage times)
  • Free for all orders
  • No tracking information available

Regular Post Tracked - $6 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100

  • 2 to 6 business days (see chart below for postage times)
  • Ability to choose specific delivery times and/or days 
  • Tracking information to see exactly where your order is
  • Signature on delivery is optional at no cost

Express Post - $8 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100

  • Next business day to major capital cities (see chart below for postage times)
  • Next business day to many other locations in the express post network
  • Tracking information to see exactly where your order is
  • Signature on delivery is optional at no cost

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: Can I change my postage option after I order?
    A: Yes, if you email us before your order is despatched we can change it for you. There may be an extra cost to upgrade to a different postage option.

    Q: When will my order arrive?
    A: Please see the above chart to see roughly how long delivery should take in business days. For example if you placed your order Friday at 5pm and live in Brisbane delivery will take 5 to 6 business days. As your order was placed after our cut off time it will be sent the following Monday. If we count the business days we have Monday (1), Tuesday (2), Wednesday (3), Thursday (4), Friday (5), Monday (6). So as you can see delivery will either happen on Friday or the following Monday. 

    Q: My order should have arrived by now?
    A: If your order is indeed late please let us know and we can chase it up for you. If your order was sent with regular post with no tracking we must wait at least 3 business days after the estimated delivery date before we can look into it (Australia Post Policy).

    Q: My order says it's been delivered but it isn't here?
    A: Please check your letterbox again, or near any doors. Often a family member or housemate may have picked it up for you so please ask them. If you've checked everywhere and asked everyone and it isn't there please contact us and we'll chase it up.
